Cayzer Real Estate is a well-established agency in the premium suburbs of Albert Park, Port Melbourne and surrounding districts. Highly sought-after bayside residential properties present many opportunities for you to thrive in providing your extraordinary customer service skills whilst assisting our clients in achieving great results. Our offices are newly renovated and are located in the heart of Port Melbourne, opposite the Town Hall and in Albert Park.

Primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Listing and selling properties within City of Port Phillip
  • Conducting open for inspections
  • Managing the sales campaign for private sales or auctions
  • Communicating with vendors and buyers throughout the campaign
  • Liaising with internal support staff

We are interested in hearing from you if your skills and experience include:

  • Agent's Rep certificate or Licensed Agent
  • A track record of listing and selling residential properties within inner and premium suburbs of Melbourne
  • Recent client testimonials supporting the above
  • Professional active Social Media platforms
  • Knowledgeable about market trends
  • A solid understanding of legislation and REIV guidelines on ethics
  • Current police check
  • Own motor vehicle
