Success comes from hard work, dedication and an innate desire to deliver the best results. These characteristics have propelled Kim Menzies to succeed in every challenge she undertakes.

Educated at St Hildas Girls School on the Gold Coast, Kim has furthered her education by undertaking a degree in Marketing at Swinburne University.

Kim has over 15 years of experience in property management and has received many testimonials from her clients recognising her hard work and dedication. It is Kims kind personality that has given her the opportunity to develop some long-standing relationships with her clients. Her bright outgoing nature is one that is enjoyed by her clients and work colleagues. She is absolutely committed to never letting her clients down.

I love this business and love that no day is ever the same. Every day brings the opportunity to meet new people, build relationships with my current clients and establish new ones. My goal is to always exceed the expectations of my Landlords and Tenants!

Never slowing down in her personal life, Kim will often be found renovating her own home/investments, walking her dog, focusing on her physical fitness or enjoying the company of her friends and family.
