Outdoor auctions for residential and commercial property are permitted as of 19 October. With up to 10 people in attendance, it will enable some spirited bidding. Private one-on-one inspections are permitted for purchase or leasing of both residential and commercial properties.
We will be holding our first on-site auction this Saturday 24th October at 1 pm at 114 Victoria Avenue Albert Park
With a coveted address like that, only a short walk to the beach and Albert Park hub, the lucky purchaser will be there, first in line, for all the café and bar grand re-openings!
With a limit of 10 people attending (not including Cayzer staff) we urge you to register your interest asap with Michael Szulc 0417 122 802. And just a quick reminder that the 25 km rule does not apply if you need to come from further away. As long as you have your appointment booked with us, you are covered.
With your safety in mind, all our inspections and auctions are conducted with the strictest of Covid-Safe protocols in place. A maximum of 2 people plus the agent may inspect the property at one time. Social distancing of 1.5metres needs to be maintained at all times. Other Covid-Safe practices include the requirement of wearing of face masks, refraining from touching of any fixtures, fittings, or surfaces and the use of hand sanitiser which will be available at each inspection for your use. With these measures in place, and renewed buyer interest, we look forward to the resumption of the real estate business in the peak Spring and Summer selling season.
